Do I need any experience to run one of these stores?

Accepted Answer

No. The Starter tier includes training videos and monthly performance reports. Growth and Scale tiers add a 90-day execution plan and (on Scale) full ad management. You don't need to know how to run ads or build a store — that's what the subscription covers.

Do I need to hold inventory or buy shirts upfront?

Accepted Answer

Never. This is a print-on-demand model. Nothing is printed until a customer places an order. You don't touch product, manage stock, or front any inventory costs.

How long until my store is actually live?

Accepted Answer

Typically 48 hours from when we have your info. Legal setup (LLC + EIN) runs parallel and usually completes within 5–7 business days depending on your state.

What if my store doesn't sell anything?

We give you the tools — niche research, ad templates, funnels, and (on Scale) managed campaigns. Stores that follow the 90-day plan consistently see their first sales within 30 days. We can't guarantee sales, but we can guarantee you'll have a real shot with a real strategy.

Question 6

What's included in the fulfillment fee?

Accepted Answer

Starter tier clients pay $12 per shirt fulfilled. That covers printing (screen print or embroidery), packing, and direct shipping to your customer. You sell it for whatever price you want — the $12 is your cost of goods.

Question 7

Can I upgrade my tier or cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade at any time — we'll prorate the difference. Cancellations require 30 days notice. Your store stays live through the end of your billing period.

Question 8

What's the 15% advertising fee?

Accepted Answer

If we manage your paid ad campaigns on your behalf (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.), we charge 15% of whatever you spend on ads that month. This is optional — you can run your own ads using our templates on any tier.
