6. Payment & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials created by Area Advertising for your store remain your property upon full payment. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Area Advertising's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boyd County, Kentucky.
